Introduction

The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it and that is why sustainability has an important role to play. Sustainability is creating a world where everyone can have fulfilling lives and enjoy a rich level of well-being within the limits of what nature can provide. It means living within the resources of the planet without damaging the environment now or in the future. Students of grade 7 alluringly explained the meaning of sustainability and its importance to live in harmony with the natural world around us, protecting it from damage and destruction.
