Water is a precious, essential and an abiotic component of the ecosystem. Today we all are heading towards the scarcity of water. This is mainly because of the lack of water conservation and pollution of water bodies. In an effort to harvest a better future, the school has a functional Rain Water harvesting system.  Rainwater harvesting systems for school are great for educating children about the benefits of conservation of our natural resources. They save money by not wasting water, and help to encourage an environmentally responsible attitude in the next generation. Rainwater is a relatively clean and absolutely free source of water. Water Management in the school

  • Awareness among the students through different activities & campaigns for minimum use of water.

  • Rain water harvesting system to recharge the underground water level.

  • Total water use round the year is = Approximately 5042970 L.

  • Rain water harvesting system recharge = Approximately 30,58,219 L.

  • Percentage of annual water demand of the school is being met by recycled water is 60.64 %.
