“Tobacco and lung health” was the message disseminated by HAPSian on the eve of World No Tobacco Day on 31st May 2019. The event unfolded with the speeches of Shivam, Shivanjali and Shagun during morning assembly. Various activities were organized for different classes to spread awareness on the theme of year. Students of classes III, V and VII explored their creativity and oratory to recite their ideas through poetry. Students of class VII coloured canvas with their imagination and designed posters. Students of class VIII spread spiritual vibes and illuminated ambience of campus through Doha recitation. Videos on the theme of the day were shown in classes. Event culminated at ‘Gandhi Chowk’ Hamirpur where NSS and NCC volunteers mesmerized audience with their thoughts provoking ‘Nukkad Nattak’.
