AL-Ghadir School

In order to strengthen the spirit of tourism and follow various educational methods for dear students to hold this year's camp, Al-Ghadir School considered the city of Hamedan, which had recently been selected as the tourism capital of Asia, and started planning the trip.

In this four-day trip, considering the historical and cultural capacities of Hamedan city, the students had the opportunity to visit the historical and famous buildings of Iran such as the "Ganjnameh Historical Complex" and experience a different cultural interaction that is the way to get acquainted with celebrities such as Bu Ali Sina and visit the tomb of this prominent Iranian scientist is one of the memorable memories of the trip for the students.

Al-Ghadir School, due to its official membership in Life-Link International Organization and environmental concerns, has always tried to define effective and practical models in line with its environmental educational goals, so in this trip, it provided a special opportunity for students to visit "Ali-Sadr Cave", which is a unique example of wetland and water caves in the world, by sailing along the path inside the cave.

Al-Ghadir School will benefit from the experience of this trip, which created a closer and more intimate opportunity for teachers and students to continue its educational programs.

  In line with pursuing its scientific and cultural goals and diversifying educational programs for students, Al-Ghadir School organized a scientific/historical camp to visit Shush and Dezful cities for two days.

  This scientific tour started on November 24 with the presence of 36 students and a number of respected teachers. Starting from the origin of Khorramshahr city, dear students first visited Daniyal Nabi's tomb. As one of the historical cities of Iran with world-registered monuments in UNESCO, the city of Shush is of special importance, and the students witnessed its ancient manifestations during this one-day trip. At the end of the first day of the trip, the students left for Dezful city and stayed at Shahid Ghazi camp.

On the 25th of November, the students visited the historical monuments of Dezful City, and in this experience, cultural and historical teachings were transferred to the students by the respected teachers. Also, considering the membership of Al-Ghadir School in the international organization Life Link and following the school's commitment to inform the students about the environmental conditions of the province, in the continuation of the trip of environmental issues of the province by visiting the house of Sofal and Ali Kaleh Dam in The city of Dezful was explained to the students, and in the meantime, the importance of the establishment of the Ali Kale dam and the dimensions of its environmental effects were explained.

This camp was held for two days with the active participation of dear students and the efforts of the precious teachers and officials of Al-Ghadir School and ended on the 25th of November with the return to Khorramshahr city.

In the end, Al-Ghadir School expresses its utmost gratitude to all the students and teachers for the responsibility of all the attendees and the kind attention of the dear parents.

International Day of Action for Rivers

AL-Ghadir Educational institute, in continuation of its programs which are held to raise the stage of students' familiarity with the environment, on March 14, 2021, Coinciding with the International Day of Action for conservating Rivers, celebrated this international event on the Karun River in Khorramshahr city.

This event was attended by international guests, local officials, environmentalists, school students, AL-Ghadir teaching staff, and some  of students' parents.

Mr. Khaled Fartousi, the director of Al-Ghadir Educational institute stated: AL-Ghadir School as a member of the Life-Link Friendship Schools, has put the issue of the environment at the top of its educational schedule since Karun river passes thriugh the middle of  Khorramshahr.


He added: " The Karun River can be called the vital vessel of the city, but this river is not only an environmental issue, but it is also a part of the culture and history of these people. " The Karun River is a part of the historical memory of this city, so any action to protect this river is not only to protect geography, but it is also to protect history and culture."


This ceremony was held in the presence of Mr. Dong, an environmental activist from China, Dr. Ahmadzadeh, Director of Education Department of Khorramshahr city. Regarding the development of human urban culture, school students became acquainted with the interaction of humans and rivers, as well as the damage that has been happened to the natural route of rivers throughout history. And also the importance of protecting rivers as a vessel of human life was emphasized.


At the end of the ceremony, the guests symbolically cleaned parts of the Karun riverbank and collected the garbage on the coast.
